Shadowlands – Presentation Evening

The presentation evening for the award of series medals will be on Saturday 21st Feb beginning at 6pm.  This will be held at Pedalling Squares cafe, Old Brassworks, Quality Row Road, Swalwell, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE16 3AQ, the home of Adrian who many of you know as the person who both set you off and clapped you in on race days/nights.  These medals are hard earned after six tough races battling through wind, rain, ice, snow and everything else.  There are gold/ silver/ bronze medals for those who finished 1st, 2nd or 3rd in their categories – final standings can be found HERE.

The schedule will be for people to arrive at 6pm, begin the presentation at around 6:15/6:20 until about 7pm.  Afterwards the cafe is open until 9pm if you want to make a night of it.  It is a cafe so drinks and snacks can be purchased.
